She is also a strong supporter of emerging voices in cinema, working tirelessly to elevate fresh perspectives and bold new narratives.

Recent highlights include Hammarskjöld (Swedish theatrical release, 2022) and Safe House (Norwegian feature film). She also contributed to Wisting (Norway, 2020) and the historical drama Atlantic Crossing (Norway/Czech Republic, 2018–2019), one of the largest budget series shot in Norway.

From 2012 onward, Marlow has focused exclusively on Scandinavian projects originating from Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Her earlier work includes Themba: A Boy Called Hope, based on the South African novel by Lutz van Dijk and directed by Stefanie Sycholt. The film received critical acclaim, winning the Cinema for Peace Film of the Year award in 2010, along with 16 international festival awards and 3 nominations. Between 2018 and 2021, Marlow continued to work internationally across Norway, Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
